You retain ownership of what you submit (comments, dictionary entries, stories, business listings). By submitting, you grant Ebira Online a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, edit for clarity, and distribute that content on the platform and in the Ebira cultural archive.
5. Business Directory
Listings are reviewed before publication but Ebira Online does not guarantee the quality of any business. Always verify before making payments.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform design, original articles, and archive compilations are the property of Ebira Online Media. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ebira Online is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
